Urable facts from urable.com/pricing and urable.com/3d-visualizer, read 2026-10-20. Peel’s visualizer: Customers try 1,338 real films on 3D vehicles, or on a photo of their own car. One pasted line puts it on your site.

Step 1

Export your customers and jobs from Urable

Urable’s exports are for admins. Exporting changes nothing in Urable.

  1. Sign in to Urable as an admin. Urable’s pricing page lists data exporting for jobs, orders, customers and payments on every plan.
  2. Export your customers and your jobs, each as a CSV file. Urable’s help center doesn’t show where each export is. If you can’t find one, ask Urable’s support.
  3. Keep the rest for your records. Urable’s help center tells shops to export customers, products and services, jobs and orders before cancelling. Peel doesn’t read orders, payments or products, so rebuild your prices in Peel’s price list.

Step 2

Import them in Peel

In Import customers, choose the customers file, then the jobs file. Peel recognizes both as Urable’s, and shows the counts and sample rows before it saves.

The customers file

  • Each customer, with phone, email, city and ZIP
  • Their car, read from Urable’s vehicle column: “2023 Tesla Model Y Long Range” becomes 2023, Tesla, Model Y Long Range
  • A second car goes in the customer’s notes
  • Possible duplicates matched for you to review

The jobs file

  • Each job on its customer, matched by email or phone
  • Its status, total and line items, with ceramic coating and paint correction recognized as services
  • A note with Urable’s job number and payment status
  • A scheduled job still ahead comes in with its date, on the week schedule
  • Import a newer export later and those jobs update instead of being added again

What can’t come over

Peel doesn’t import these yet, so download anything you need to keep before you cancel.

  • Photos, inspection photos and videos
  • Signatures on approvals and proposals
  • Builds made in Urable’s visualizer
  • Reviews and follow-up schedules
  • Cards on file, and your texting number

Day one

Your first day in Peel

Try it beside Urable first. Nothing here changes your Urable account.

  1. Start your free account. Or look around the demo first: it’s Peel on a sample shop, with no sign-up.
  2. Import your Urable customers and jobs and check the preview: the counts, the duplicates Peel found and the sample rows.
  3. Add your price list in Settings. Paste it, import a CSV, or build one with the free price-sheet builder.
  4. Send one quote to yourself. Open a job, make good, better and best options from your prices, send it to your own email and open it on your phone. A tint option with a shade, or a wrap or color-PPF option with a film from the catalog, shows on a car like yours. Approve it the way your customer would.
  5. Set an install date. On the approved job, pick the day, time and bay. It shows on the week schedule.
  6. Put the visualizer on your website. In Peel, open Visualizer and copy its one line onto your site. Quote requests from it land in Peel with the customer’s build.

Before you move

What Peel doesn’t do yet

If your shop runs on one of these, keep the tool that does it for now. Peel works beside it.

  • Online booking

    Not yet

Customers can’t book a time on their own before a quote. After approving one they pick a drop-off from the hours you set, if you turn that on, and you confirm it. You set each install’s date and bay, and see the week on Peel’s schedule.

  • Card payments and invoices

    Not yet

Peel doesn’t take cards or send invoices. A deposit goes through your own pay link, straight to you, and you mark it received.

  • E-signatures

    Not yet

Customers approve a quote by typing their name on it. There’s no signed document.

  • Team logins

    Not yet

One sign-in per shop. Installers and the front desk don’t get their own logins yet.

  • Texting from Peel

    Not yet

“Text the link” opens your own phone’s Messages app with the quote link. Peel doesn’t send or receive texts.

Switch day

The switch-day checklist

The week before

  1. Export your customers and jobs from Urable, plus anything you need for your records: orders, payments, photos and signed documents.
  2. Import into Peel and check the preview: the counts, the duplicates it found and the sample rows. Then check each open job’s stage on the pipeline.
  3. Add your price list in Settings, then send one quote to your own email and open it on your phone.
  4. Set the install date and bay on each booked job, so the week schedule shows every install from switch day on.

On the day

  1. Import anything that changed since your first import.
  2. Decide where each unpaid invoice gets collected. Peel doesn’t send invoices or take cards, so finish those where they started.
  3. Once your last export is saved, cancel from Urable’s Billing page (Manage Billing › Cancel Plan, per its help center), and keep the confirmation.

No lock-in

You can leave Peel too

In Peel, Settings › Your data has a download for your customers, your deals and your quotes (Customers CSV, Deals CSV and Quotes CSV). They open in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets. You can also delete your shop and everything in it from Settings.

Questions from Urable shops

Can I keep Urable while I try Peel?

Yes. Exporting doesn’t change your Urable account, and Peel never asks for its password. Keep Urable for booking, payments and inspections while you try Peel’s quotes.

Does Peel’s visualizer cost extra?

No. The 3D visualizer for your website is part of the free Peel account. It has fewer vehicles in 3D than Urable’s add-on, and customers can try films on a photo of their own car.

Will my photos and inspections come over?

No. Peel doesn’t import photos, videos or documents yet, so download any photos, inspection videos or signed documents you need to keep before you cancel.

When should I cancel Urable?

After your last export is saved. Urable’s terms of service (dated 2026-06-08, read 2026-10-17) describe a 12-month term that renews unless cancelled 90 days ahead, and 30 days of access to your data after the account ends. Your own plan may differ.

Is anything sent to my customers when I import?

No. Importing sends no texts or emails. Your customers hear from you only when you send them a quote.

Can I undo an import?

Yes, for 24 hours. Undo removes what the import added, except records you’ve changed since. Before you save, Peel shows the counts and some sample rows.

What does Peel cost?

Your shop’s account is free today, with everything marked Available now. Peel isn’t for sale yet, so there’s no price to show.
