Films by maker

A few films from each maker; the visualizer has the whole range. Tap one to see it on the car above.

Real film products, not generated colors

Every color here is a film you can buy, named the way its maker sells it, with its product code: for example 3M 2080 Satin Dark Gray (2080-S261). A shop can order exactly what you picked. The color is drawn from the maker’s swatch, and the finish (gloss, satin, matte, metallic, color shift or chrome) changes how light falls on the car.

Colors on screen are approximations, so check a physical sample before you buy.

Use a photo of your own car

For any car, use a photo of it: a side or three-quarter view with the whole car in the picture works best. Choose one or take one with your phone, and WrapColor finds the paint and shows the film you pick on it. If it misses a part, tap Fix paint and then the part. Keep up to 4 colors to see them side by side, then save them as one picture or get a quote for one. The photo is processed in your browser and is not uploaded.

Use a photo of my car

The car color changer guide shows both ways step by step.

Questions

How can I see what my car would look like wrapped?

Open the visualizer at the top of this page, choose your car and tap a film. Each of the 1,338 films is a real product with its maker’s name and code. To see your own car, tap Use a photo of my car on this page.

Can I use a photo of my own car?

Yes. Choose a photo of your car or take one with your phone. WrapColor finds the paint and shows the film you pick on it. If it misses a part, tap Fix paint and then the part. Keep up to 4 colors to see them side by side and save them as one picture. The photo is processed in your browser and is not uploaded.

Is it cheaper to wrap a car or paint it?

WrapColor doesn’t price paint jobs, so compare a wrap quote with paint quotes from local shops. For wraps, the cost guides list typical prices with their sources: on a Tesla Model Y, US shops publish $3,000 to $5,000 for a full wrap in standard gloss, satin or matte film.

Are the colors exact?

No screen shows a film exactly. Colors here are approximations of the makers’ swatches; check a physical sample before you buy.

Is the visualizer free?

Yes. It runs in your browser with no account. You can share a build or send it to a shop for a quote.
